Live printing, poured like a cocktail

The Event Print Bar

A polished, bar-style live printing station for upscale events. Guests step up to the counter, order the piece they want, and watch it pressed in front of them — then walk away wearing something made just for the night.

The idea

Not a booth. A bar.

A print booth hides the work behind a table. An Event Print Bar makes the making the centerpiece — a lit counter, a printed menu of garments and graphics, and an attendant who takes each order by hand. It reads like a whiskey bar or a raw bar, only what's on offer is a custom piece your guests get to keep.

01

Order at the counter

Guests browse a curated menu — premium tees, hoodies, caps, and totes — then choose a graphic or a personalized name drop. No line chaos; a host walks each guest through it like a maitre d'.

02

Pressed to order

Full-color DTF transfers are heat-pressed on the spot in vivid, wash-durable color. The press is the show — guests watch their piece come to life in the time it takes to finish a drink.

03

Served & kept

Each finished piece is checked, folded, and handed back at the pass. Guests leave wearing the night, and your brand or monogram walks out the door on every one of them.

Before you reserve

Questions we hear most.

What exactly is an event print bar?

It's a live printing station styled like a hospitality bar. Instead of pouring drinks, an attendant takes each guest's order for a custom garment, presses it on the spot with full-color DTF transfers, and hands it back finished. The making happens in the open, which is what makes it an experience rather than a giveaway table.

How many guests can the bar handle?

A single Event Print Bar comfortably serves a few hundred guests across a reception. For larger galas or all-night activations we add a second press lane and extra attendants so the line stays short and the mood stays relaxed. Share your headcount and run time and we'll size it precisely.

What does it cost to book?

Staffed print bars for local Southern California events start around $5,000 and scale with run time, guest count, garments, and travel. Attendants run $250 per hour and out-of-region travel is a flat $900 outside Orange County, Los Angeles, and San Diego. See the pricing page for how a quote comes together.
