Every event print bar is quoted to the night, because the honest drivers of cost are how long the bar runs, how many guests it serves, which garments are on the menu, and how far we travel. The anchors below give you a real starting point — then we build a firm number from your details.

How a quote comes together
The five things we price.
- Run time. Attendants are $250 per hour and cover setup, live pressing, and teardown. A four-hour reception and an eight-hour festival are very different numbers.
- Guest count. Headcount sets how many press lanes and attendants keep the line short. We'd rather add a lane than let guests wait.
- The menu. Tees and caps price differently than premium fleece. Garment choice and quantity are the biggest lever after run time.
- Travel. Local Orange County, Los Angeles, and San Diego events carry no travel fee. Anywhere beyond is a flat $900; nationwide programs are quoted individually.
- Personalization. Name drops, event dates, and monograms are included on most menus; heavy custom-art programs add prep time we'll flag up front.
There are no surprise line items. The number we send includes the bar, the equipment, the transfers, the crew, and the setup — everything it takes to run the station from doors to last call.
