Event Print Bar / Case Studies

Case studies

Three nights, three rooms.

A closer look at how the bar-style station played out when the details were on the line.

A flagship product launch — 300 guests, rooftop, 3 hours

A consumer brand wanted its launch night to feel less like a party favor and more like a moment. We styled a single bar at the edge of the rooftop with a two-item menu: a Bella+Canvas 3001 tee in the brand's exact color and a Richardson 112 cap with a pressed patch. One press lane, two attendants, and a host reading the crowd.

Over three hours the bar served just under 300 guests with a wait that never crossed five minutes. Because the transfers were pre-produced, the only live step was the press — which became the most-photographed spot at the event. The brand walked away with 300 people wearing the product story home.

A nonprofit gala — 180 guests, ballroom, seated dinner

For a black-tie gala, the ask was elegance over spectacle. We ran a quiet, beautifully lit tote service between the reception and dinner: heavyweight canvas totes printed with the organization's crest and the year, plus an optional monogram. The bar sat off the main floor so it never competed with the program.

The result was a keepsake that doubled as a takeaway for the auction items guests carried out. 180 totes, no bottleneck, and a piece the development team told us guests were still carrying to meetings months later.

A corporate holiday party — 450 guests, two lanes, 5 hours

A large team celebration needed throughput without feeling like a factory. We doubled the bar to two press lanes with a shared front counter and a runner handling finishing. The menu spanned tees, midweight hoodies, and caps, each offered with a name drop so every piece felt personal.

Across five hours the two-lane bar served 450 guests. The name-drop option turned a standard giveaway into a small ritual — people lined up as much to see their own name pressed as to get the garment. Turnout at the bar ran well past what the client expected, which is the point.
