Vegas events carry a flat $900 travel fee — the standard for anything beyond our Southern California zone — with no hidden surcharges.
For a Vegas trade show or corporate program, the live press is a magnet. A sponsor bar pressing branded tees and caps draws a steady line to a booth and sends every guest off wearing the logo across the show floor and out onto the strip. We pre-produce transfers so throughput stays high even during peak hall hours, and we scale to two lanes for the biggest activations.
Convention-center work has its own rhythm — dock schedules, union labor rules, and tight power windows — and we plan around all of it. Whether it's a ballroom gala or a booth activation at a major show, we bring the full bar and the crew to run it from doors to close.
